BonerGhosts started as an adult actress’s in-house fan site management team. When the actress began engaging in unethical business practices, each of us individually realized we couldn’t do what she asked–and left. But we had built something special: a successful, supportive, and highly functional management team, a team that other creators could benefit from. So we formed BonerGhosts.
Each of us deeply believe in respecting creators’ boundaries, maintaining brands for longevity, and making sure that their fans are treated well. Creators are not the host of stereotypes they are perpetuated to be in popular culture and fans are not walking wallets to be drained dry. Everyone deserves respect and kindness.
Our Mission
It is BonerGhosts’ mission to be an ethical management company despite operating in a traditionally unethical space. This means collaborating with creators, being open with our practices, taking an appropriate percentage of earnings, and handling our clients’ fans with care. We treat creators and fans as human beings with value in their existence, not merely as a means of enriching our bank accounts.
Our Founder
Allison has a varied professional background. From event planning and design, massive team management, international negotiations, logistics, to pop culture news coverage, she’s done a lot. In the adult industry, Allison was a screenwriter for Hustler, Wicked, and Vivid, with multiple AVN nominations and a win for Best Screenplay of the Year. She has a Bachelor’s in Sociology, a Master’s in English Literature, and likes to think she walks the fine line between professional and absolute oddball but probably falls into the oddball category more often than she should.
