The Messages page on OnlyFans is your command center for fan conversations. This is where you’ll reply to messages, send content, and really get to know your fans–whether you want to or not.
Your main inbox shows your conversations with the newest activity near the top. Click into any thread to reply, scroll back through your history, or see what you’ve already sent. Simple enough, but once your inbox gets busy, knowing where everything lives saves a lot of unnecessary detective work.
Inside a conversation, you’ll also have a row of tools underneath the message box:

- Photo icon: Add a photo to your message.
- GIF: Search for and send a GIF.
- Video camera: Add video to your message.
- Microphone: Record and send a voice message.
- Media icon: Choose from media you’ve already uploaded rather than uploading it again.
- Calendar: Schedule the message to send later.
- Price tag: Add a price to attached content to send it as PPV.
- @ symbol: Mention another OnlyFans account in the message.
- Aa: Open your text formatting options.
Basically, that tiny row of icons is doing considerably more work than its size would suggest.
Use the search bar at the top of your inbox to find a specific fan or conversation by name or username.

It’s especially useful when your inbox gets busy or you need to quickly check your message history with someone.

You can also start a conversation from the Messages page rather than waiting for a fan to message you first.
Use the new message option to choose who you want to contact and write your message from there.
This is also where you can begin creating messages for larger groups rather than only messaging one fan at a time.
Mass Messages
Messages isn’t only an inbox. It’s also where you can send mass messages to groups of fans. Do this by just clicking the ”+” sign at the top of all of your messages.

These can be regular text messages, promotional messages, free media, or PPV. Depending on who you want to reach, you can select different audiences rather than automatically sending everything to everyone.
This is useful for things like PPV drops, sales, subscriber check-ins, or bringing some life back to an inbox that has gone suspiciously quiet.
Once you know what everything does, the Messages page is actually pretty easy to get around. Most of the learning curve is just figuring out which tiny icon does what without playing a round of “guess what this button means.”
