Mass Messages: How to Do Them Well

Mass messaging can be one of your best tools as an adult content creator-but only if you know how to use it. The right message can boost tips, drive clicks, and keep fans engaged. The wrong one? It gets skipped faster than an ad on YouTube.

Here’s how to craft mass messages that turn heads without making fans tune out.

What TO Do:

Make it personal-even if it’s fake personal.
Start with a greeting that feels like you’re talking to one person. “Hey babe, I’ve got something just for you” works better than “New video posted.” Even if they know it’s mass sent, it should still feel spicy enough to make them pause.

Keep it short and tempting.
Attention spans are shorter than ever. Make your first sentence do the heavy lifting. Tease the goods, then hit them with the details.

Ask a question they’ll actually want to answer.
Engagement boosts visibility, and people love to give their opinion. Try something like, “Would you rather see me in latex or lace?” or “Be honest: are you more of a thigh guy or boob guy?” Offer a little reward like a free pic for participating-it’s flirty and keeps them talking.

Include a clear call to action.
You’re not sending a poem, you’re directing traffic. Tell them what to do next. “Unlock me,” “Tap here,” or “Vote with your tip” makes it easy.

Add variety.
Switch it up. One day you’re the sweet tease, next day you’re the brat. Keep the tone fresh and the fans guessing.

Time it smart.
Late nights and weekends are most pages’ prime time. Think of when your fans are most likely laying in bed with their phone and bad decisions.

Segment when you can.
If your platform allows it, send different messages to your tippers, lurkers, or inactive fans. A “Miss me?” message with a free teaser works great on someone who hasn’t opened anything in weeks.

What NOT to Do:

1. Send your life story.
They’re here for the fantasy, not your full diary entry. If it takes more than 10 seconds to read, you’ve already lost them.

2. Sound desperate.
Nothing says “unfollow” like a guilt trip. “No one’s tipping” or “Why is everyone ignoring me?” is not sexy. Ever.

3. Message too much.
Messaging a billion times a day is a no. One solid message a day is plenty to stay on their radar without becoming spammy. Save the frequent pings for something special, not every random thought.

4. Be robotic or salesy.
If it sounds like a corporate newsletter, start over. Fans want to feel like they’re talking to you, not a robot. Keep a specific tone with some personality. Sounding too much like a sex bot will make you blend into the creator abyss.

A great mass message is a mix of charm, tease, and purpose. Make them laugh, make them blush, make them curious-but beyond all that make them want to actually engage with you.
