How to Unsend a Mass Message or PPV on Fansly

Feeling a little post-send regret with a mass message or PPV? Here’s the scoop: you can’t edit messages once they’re sent. Annoying, right? The only way to fix it is by unsending (another word for deleting) the whole thing. Don’t worry—you can unsend, and we’ll show you how.

Getting to your Creator Dashboard

Start by clicking your profile picture in the upper right corner. This opens a dropdown menu, and right between ‘Notifications’ and ‘Earning Statistics,’ you’ll find the ‘Creator Dashboard.’ Click it, and you’re in!

Navigating to your sent messages

Now you’re on a new page with all your creator tools. Head to the ‘Messages’ button.

This will bring up three options:

  • DM Permissions
  • Automated Messages
  • Broadcast Message Stats

Click ‘Broadcast Message Stats’—that’s the one we care about…for now.

Unsending your Mass Messages

Under ‘Broadcast Message Stats,’ you’ll see two sections:

  • Sent Broadcast Message Stats
  • Deleted Broadcast Message Stats

Go to the ‘Sent’ section and find the message you want to unsend. Look to the far right of the message for the little trashcan icon (yep, that’s the one).

Click it, and you’ll get a pop-up asking if you’re sure. If you’re ready to say goodbye to that message forever, click ‘Yes.’

Once it’s gone, it’ll disappear from your recipients’ inboxes too!

What Happens to Deleted Messages?

Your deleted messages move to the ‘Deleted Broadcast Messages’ tab. You’ll still see stats for them (because, data), but you can’t resend them.

Pro Tip: If you need to send a fixed version, you can copy the original text by clicking the upward arrow icon next to it.

Then paste it into a new mass message, tweak it, and resend. Crisis averted.

And that’s it—now you’re an unsending pro.
