How to Check Mass Message and PPV Stats on Fansly

So, you’ve dipped your toes into sending mass messages and PPVs—kudos! Now, naturally, you’re itching to see how they performed. It’s time to dive into the stats: who received your content, who actually opened it, and, most importantly, who put their money where their eyes are. This intel is gold for tweaking your strategy and figuring out what hits the mark.

Remember when we said sending out PPVs and mass messages was a breeze, even with Fansly’s chaotic interface? Well, checking the stats isn’t the worst task, but it’s not exactly a walk in the park either. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get into it.

First, you’ll need to get to your Creator Dashboard.

So, what the heck is a Creator Dashboard? It’s a hub where all your creator tools are hidden. To find it, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

A dropdown menu will appear. From there, select ‘Creator Dashboard’ right under ‘Notifications’.

Once you’re in, prepare yourself for another page filled with buttons.

Go to the Broadcast Message Stats section.

To access your message statistics, start by clicking on the ‘Messages’ button, identifiable by the speech bubble icon.

Within this section, navigate to the ‘Broadcast Message Stats’ tab located on the far right. (Side note: ‘Broadcast Messages’ is Fansly’s quirky term for Mass Messages.)

Clicking on this tab will display all your sent and deleted messages, categorized under ‘Sent Broadcast Messages’ and ‘Deleted Broadcast Messages.’

Each entry shows the message content along with the date and time it was sent. Here, you’ll find a range of statistics related to your messages.

The easiest way to decipher this is to break it down icon by icon.

Paper airplane icon: This is where you will see the reach your message had, like how many followers and subscribers  it was sent to.

The eyeball: How many people actually saw the message.

Paperclip: The number of media attachments in the message.

The tally: How many sales were made from the content.

The green money bag: How much money you made from the sales.

If you hover over each icon a little breakdown about what each one means will show up also.

You can use the expand button to see more of the message that was sent.

Use the trashcan to delete the message.

Check out PPV stats in your DMs.

To check the performance of your PPV content sent via direct messages on Fansly, start by clicking the envelope icon in the upper right corner to access your messaging homepage.

To see how your content is performing on Fansly, start by finding the specific media you want to analyze. Once you’ve got it, click the three dots in the top-right corner and select ‘View Stats.’

This will open up a detailed breakdown with four graphs of how your content is doing. Here’s what you’ll find:

  1. Media Views
This graph shows how many people viewed your content and when. Peaks indicate the times when your media was most popular, while dips might suggest times to avoid posting.
  1. Average Video Engagement Percent
For videos, this tells you the percentage people typically watch. If fans are sticking around for the whole thing, you’re doing something right. If not, it might be time to rethink the format or length.
  1. Average Media Engagement Time
This shows how long, on average, people kept your media open. It’s a good indicator of how engaging your content is—higher times mean fans are taking their time to enjoy it.
  1. Total Media Engagement Time
This is the combined total of all the time fans have spent viewing your content. A high number here is a great sign that people are really into it.
  1. Unique Viewers
This tells you how many new people checked out your content and when. It’s a great way to gauge how far your reach is extending beyond your regular fans.

To find out sales click ‘Sales Stats’ in the same dropdown menu from the three dots. A pop-up will appear that shows you Total Sales, Total Sales Value, and any Pending Sales.

These stats are super helpful for understanding what works and what doesn’t. Use them to figure out what your audience loves, when they’re most active, and how to keep improving your content strategy. And remember, even if something isn’t performing as well as you’d hoped, these insights can help you adjust and do even better next time.
