Sending a mass message to a huge group? Super convenient, right? Until you realize there’s a slip-up…or, yikes, you just sent your PPV for free. But hold the panic—LoyalFans has an “unsend” option for exactly this kind of thing…
Here’s what to do: head to your homepage and click on the envelope icon in the toolbar. This will take you to the Messages page.
Above the message thread click the three little dots. In the dropdown, look for the graph icon (yes, they could’ve made it easier to find).
This will take you to the Mass Messages Report page, where every message and PPV you’ve sent is listed. Find the one you’re regretting and spot the three gray buttons on the right. Click the one labeled ‘Unsend.’
A confirmation box will pop up (because of course, they want to make sure you’re really sure).
Click ‘Unsend’ again. Then your message will be removed from all of the fans’ inboxes like it never happened.
Except, of course, if you sent a PPV. Anyone who bought that video keeps the video. You’re not taking their purchased video away from them, that’s in their own little “purchased media” vault.
Now that you know about unsending mass messages, don’t sweat it or regret it—just unsend it.
