Keeping track of what a fan has already bought from you? Yeah, that’s kind of crucial. You don’t want to be that creator sending the same stuff twice. Plus, it’s a great way to know what they’re actually into—and figure out who’s spending versus who’s just clogging up your inbox with free chit-chat.
There are a couple of easy ways to check. First, you can just scroll through the message thread. Any content they’ve purchased will have a cute little green unlocked padlock icon on the upper-right corner, along with the price they paid and ‘paid’ stamped right next to it.
If you want a more detailed rundown, click the ‘i’ icon on the fan’s profile. That’ll bring up their info, and at the bottom of the pop-up, you’ll find ‘Media’ and then ‘Media Files.’
Everything they’ve bought will be sitting there with the same green unlocked padlock icon. Just scroll through and see what they bought or didn’t buy.
So whether you’re snooping through the thread or checking their profile, you’ll always know what they’ve bought and what not to sell for a second time. Don’t be that person.
