Fansly Tiers 101

Ah, Fansly subscription tiers—because why have one way to get attention when you can have multiple? Different levels, different costs, different perks.

It’s like a menu, but for how much your fans are willing to spend to feel a little closer to you. They get to pick how deep they want to go—both with the connection and their wallets.

Subscription tiers usually roll out in levels—from “bare minimum” to “serious splurge.” You get to come up with fun names for each level of fandom and slap a price on them based on the perks they get. The basic tier? Think less attention, fewer pics, or a smaller discount on those spicy videos.

Here’s an example of an easy way to set up multiple tiers:

1. Basic Tier
Cost:
The lowest price.
Content: Access to standard content like photos, videos, and status updates. Expect previews and common posts.
Benefits: Fans get to see posts not available to non-subscribers, but don’t count on direct messaging or special requests.

2. Mid-Level Tier
Cost: Mid-range pricing.
Content: All the goodies from the Basic Tier, plus extra content like longer videos, more frequent updates, behind-the-scenes peeks, or semi-exclusive posts.
Benefits: Limited direct messaging, minor discounts on custom content or merch, and access to live streams.

3. Premium or VIP Tier
Cost: The highest price.
Content: Everything from lower tiers, plus exclusive content, early access to posts, and goodies not shared in other tiers.
Benefits: Unlimited direct messaging, priority replies, bigger discounts on custom content or shop items, free digital gifts, shoutouts, personalized videos, and more.

Fans will see what tiers you offer on your profile page under your bio:

Some creators set up tiers based not on price, but on genre. Instead of having low-tier, mid-tier, and high-tier, they’ll have Femdom Tier, Butt Stuff Tier, and B/G Tier. Some creators have one tier: subscribers. What you decide to go with is up to you and, surprisingly (given it’s Fansly….), you can change your tiers at any time.

So, yes, figuring out where to set up your subscription tiers can be a bit of a headache—because, let’s be real, it wouldn’t be Fansly without a whole-ass maze to navigate. But don’t sweat it; we’ll walk you through setting up your tiers from your Creator Dashboard in another post.
