Ah, mass messages! They’re the bread and butter of keeping fans engaged, promoting exclusive content, sending out PPVs, and more—all without the hassle of sending individual messages to each fan. While some fan sites can be confusing (looking at you, Fansly), sending and un-sending mass messages on LoyalFans and checking stats is a breeze once you get the hang of it.
Step 1. How to Send a Mass Message
Alright, let’s start with the basics—how on Earth do you send a mass message? First things first, you’ll want to get to the Messages page. The easiest way is to click the envelope icon on the toolbar.

You’ll see a dropdown menu, then just click ‘View All’ to get to the Messages page. Once there, click the mass message icon—the green one with three little green people.
You can also get to the ‘Mass Messages’ page by clicking your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of the LoyalFans toolbar.

Then, you’ll be taken to the main dropdown menu. Just click on the green icon with three little people next to the word ‘Mass Message.’
Here’s where you can send your message. Type your message in the box at the bottom, like individual messages. You can lock the message for a price and add media from your computer or cloud—all the usual options from regular messages.
When you’re done writing your message, the Send button will turn red. Just hit Send! After that, you’ll see a pop-up confirming your mass message was sent, and you’ll get a notification once it’s delivered.
After your message is successfully sent, you’ll get a notification. Just click the bell icon in the upper right corner of the page to check it.

That’s how you send a message; it’s not too bad. But what if you want to send messages to specific fans? That brings us to the next step.
Step 2. Pick Who You Are Sending a Mass Message To
Sometimes, you want to send mass messages to everyone, just your subscribers, only your followers, or even specific fans. With LoyalFans, you can pick exactly who gets your messages. At the mass message pop-up, just click the dropdown menu with the world icon next to your number of fans.
Once you click that, you can choose the group you want to target from the dropdown menu.
If you want to choose specific fans, click the Custom button in the dropdown menu. You can then search for specific users in the sidebar and add them as recipients of your mass message.
Alternatively, you can specify who you DON’T want to get the mass message by clicking ‘exclude’ next to the usernames you’d like to exclude from the messages.
Step 3. Unsending Mass Messages
Sometimes, you might realize you made a mistake on your mass message. LoyalFans has no editing option, so you gotta un-send and re-send it.
To un-send a mass message (and to check message stats, but more on that later), go to the homepage toolbar and click the envelope icon again. When the dropdown menu appears, click the graph icon.

This will take you to the Mass Messages Report page. Here, you will find all the mass messages you sent. Find the message you’d like to un-send, and you will see three gray buttons on the right. Click the one that says ‘Unsend.’

Once you click ‘Unsend,’ you will receive a confirmation asking if you are sure that you want to un-send the message. Click ‘Unsend’ again, then BOOM! Your message has been unsent.
Step 4. Checking Mass Message Statistics and Performance
Of course, you’ll want to see if your efforts are paying off. How many people are opening my mass messages? Follow the steps above to reach the Mass Messages Report page. Here, you can track how many people received and read your messages and what percentage of your fanbase represents. You can click ‘Read’ to see which fans read your message.
You can also send new mass messages from this page and preview how they’ll look in your fans’ inboxes. It’s your one-stop shop for keeping track of your mass messages and staying connected.
If you feel your mass message didn’t get the deserved attention, you can always use LoyalFans’ ‘Bump Up’ feature. This moves your message to the top of your fans’ inboxes, ensuring it doesn’t get lost among older messages. Simply click ‘Bump Up’ and select ‘Unread.’
You’ll then get a pop-up box confirming you want to bump the mass message. Click ‘Bump,’ and your message will be bumped in your fans’ inboxes.
If you’ve made it this far, you’ve got the 411 on sending mass messages on LoyalFans.
